This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc.

  • When will my order ship?

Once the order has been fulfilled within 7 days upon placement on our website, a shipping information will be sent to your email address together with the tracking details.

  • How do I track the status of my order?

You can track your package 24/7 through USPS website. Simply enter your tracking number and hit "TRACK".

  • Will I Receive an Order Confirmation After Placing My Order?

Yes, an order confirmation with order summary will be sent to you through email  right after you have placed your order.

  • Is it Possible to Change My Order Information?

If you want to change your:

  1. Delivery address for your existing order
  2. Phone number for your existing order
  3. Recipient for your existing order

Please send us an email at: info@pinpointweave.com within 24-48 hours.

NOTE: Delivery addresses, phone numbers and recipient names can only be changed if the orders have not been shipped out yet. Once shipped, we can no longer change the invoices since these are already printed and orders have already been handed over to USPS/third party couriers.

  • Can I Change OR Cancel an Item OR the Quantity in my Existing Order?

We can entertain changes and modification within 48 hours after placing the order, as long as it has not been shipped yet.
For orders that had been fulfilled and sent out for shipping, we could provide two (2) options:

  1. Refuse the delivery once USPS man arrives at your doorstep so the item will be sent back to us at once.
  2. Check the item first and hopefully you might find it interesting and useful and decide to keep them. In the event that you really opt to have it returned, you can just ship it back to us. You will then have to shoulder shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, we will refund the shipping fee you paid during your purchase and the cost of the item.
  • Damaged Item/Wrong/Incomplete Item

Please notify us immediately @ info@pinpointweave.com to further assist you promptly.
Before we ship any product, it undergoes double quality checks and make sure that items are fully functioning and at tiptop quality. The damage might have been incurred during transit.

  • Can I call you OR Can you call me to place My Order?

As of the moment, we can only process and place orders through our online store. If in any situation you cannot place an order online, please send us an email @  info@pinpointweave.com  and provide with the error that you are getting so we can immediately rectify the issue.

  • Can I Order in Bulk/Corporate? Do You Give Discounts on Bulk Orders?

We cater to bulk/corporate orders and we also provide discount for such big orders. Please send us an email stating the following:

  1. Exact number of the items
  2. The place/country we will be shipping them to
  • How much is the Shipping Fee?

We have a standard shipping rate of $4.99 and a Free Shipping Rate for Orders Over $50.00

  • When can I expect my Order to Arrive?

Please allow 3-5 weeks for the item to be delivered. We push everyone involved to provide the best service possible and watch this package to make sure it will reach you as soon as possible.

We deliver T-Shirts Within 7-14 Days

  • Why is it taking too long for me to get the Item?

For Jewelry, all items are handmade thus needed more time to be shipped out.
For other items, products are shipped globally.

  • What are the payment options available in your store?

You can use Paypal to pay for your order on PinpointWeave.com You may also use Credit Cards. We accept - American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover.

  • Is  there any limit to the hours when I can order from an PinpointWeave store?

We accept orders 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

  • I live outside the U.S, Can I still Place an Order?

Definitely! PinpointWeave is an international e-store with global merchant partners, so we can also ship outside the U.S.

  • Do You Have Expedited Shipping?

Currently, we do not have that option since we do not want our customer to pay extra money.

  • I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?

We have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way :)

  • How safe are transactions?

All transactions are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. Kindly refer to Privacy Policy for more information.

  • Can I Get Refund On Free + Shipping Offers?

Free Offers/Giveaways - Any "Free + Shipping" offers must be canceled within 24 hours of your order. Free items are non-refundable once shipped.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
